Chimpanzee tracking is part of your safari experience in Uganda; you can track chimpanzees in Budongo, Ngamba Island, Kalinzu Forest, and Kyambura in Queen Elizabeth National Park, all in Uganda.Kibale Forest National Park is a densely populated area for chimps in Uganda and cannot be ruled out for a chimpanzee safari experience. Over 1500 individuals are found in Kibale Forest National Park, attracting many tourists in Uganda. The permit for chimpanzees in Kibale Forest National Park is $300 USD, in Budongo it is $130 USD, in Kalinzu Forest $120 USD, and in Kyambura Gorge $100 USD. Purchase your permit to allow you to do the activity through UWA through a local registered travel company.
